Law enforcement officials and emergency personnel were busy Friday night dealing with a shooting at Jones Senior High School in Trenton. Details into what happened are somewhat limited. We do know that East Care, Maysville and Pollocksville EMS were all called to the scene. Officials with the Jones County Sheriff's Office couldn't say how many people were injured or the extent of those injuries. It's not know what may have triggered the shooting. We were told it's believed the incident started outside the school and ended up inside. Stay tuned to WITN and check back here for further updates.
