It's 110 miles to Wilmington and some students at East Carolina University aren't using a car, but rather their feet to get there. Fifty members of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity at ECU are each walking 12 mile segments all the way down to Wilmington for the Ronald McDonald House of Eastern Carolina. This is the fourth year for the walk, raising over $50,000 over the last three years. This year they raised over $11,000. The first group began walking Friday morning. The last group is expected to finish Saturday afternoon.
