Dozens of Tuscarora Indians who were camped out Monday night in the Greene County town of Snow Hill have been forced out.
We told you about their fight for Fort Neheroka in Snow Hill Monday night, a struggle to obtain a historic battleground nearly 950 of their ancestors were killed, captured or sold for slavery on, in the 1700's.
The Tuscarora's consider the land sacred and want the burial grounds for the tribe.
The protesters say they were told Monday night they should leave or be arrested.
