Little did people know the real winner was William Yarrell, a man who for 17 years has been picking up our spilled popcorn, hot dog wrappers, and more after the games. The person who read the name as Young just made a mistake when reading it. Yarrell only bought two raffle tickets and says he can't wait to ride it. In fact, he's already turned down an offer by someone to buy it for $25,000.
