Silver Alert Cancelled For Missing Man
Police say David Thompson has been safely found and has been returned home.

UPDATE: Police say David Thompson has been safely found and has been returned home.
A Silver Alert has been issued for a man missing from Warsaw in Duplin County. Lawmen are looking for David Lee Thompson.
Police say Thompson is a 61-year-old African American man with short grey hair. Thompson also has a beard and wears glasses, police say.
The alert issued at 6 a.m. Wednesday says Thompson was last seen at 528 Prospect Street in Warsaw. The alert did not give a direction of travel or whether Thompson might be in a car.
No picture of Thompson is available at this time.
