A month long investigation into drugs and gang activity in Greenville has resulted in thirty arrests. And police say residents in the affected neighborhoods have been telling police who the criminals are and where to find them. The department started taking suspects into custody early Wednesday morning. Officials say this was only phase one, and more arrests are expected. In addition to the suspects, police seized nine pounds of pot, crack and cocaine plus plenty of guns.
