More than a hundred Raleigh police officers may be on the wrong side of the law, after an audit found they may have violated some of the department's rules on off-duty work. According to the police chief, officers can work security jobs after their regular police shift is done. However, 104 of the officers worked too many hours, or didn't have work contracts, or may have been paid by more than one employer. Prosecutors are deciding how to handle the infractions
