Silver Alert For Missing Halifax County Woman Cancelled
Lawmen cancelled the Silver Alert for Julia Mae Battle early Thursday morning, about 5 hours after issuing it.

A Silver Alert has been cancelled for Julia Mae Battle of Enfield.
Officials say Battle suffers from dementia or some other cognitive impairment and could have been in danger.
The 49-year-old disappeared Wednesday night and had been last seen at 5169 ITA Rd. in Enfield. At 3:15 a.m. Thursday, lawmen cancelled the Silver Alert.
