Police say a traffic stop led to a confession. Police say Adam Avery confessed to nearly 20 break-ins at residences, businesses and vehicles since July. Authorities say they caught Avery because he filed a false police report about an assault and said his wallet and I.D. were stolen, but was then stopped a short time later and was found with both. While charging Avery, an officer noted he matched the description in a break-in. Avery faces nearly 20 charges. He was given an $80,000 secured bond.
