Caller Makes Threats Against Bertie County Nursing Home
Officials at the Brian Center Health and Retirement Home in Windsor say everything is ok Monday, after a caller made threats Sunday.

Police spent the overnight Sunday watching over a nursing home in Windsor after someone calls the assisted living center making threats.
A spokesperson for the Windsor Police Department says someone called the Brian Center Health and Retirement Home saying they were going to "shoot the people inside."
Police say they were called by the nursing home as a precaution and will stay there for the night.
Officials at the center Monday morning said there were no incidents overnight.
The caller who made the threats police say was not in the state of North Carolina.
Sgt. Ricky Morris says there has been an ongoing family dispute with a former resident and it's not clear why the threats were made.

What in the world is wrong with tgese people, I mean what do you get out of calling a NURSING HOME to make threats that is so stupid n childish as well as insane.

BIAN CENTER SHOULD LET STAFF KNOW WHATS GGOING ON INSTEAD OF THEM KEEP IN THE DARK. I WANT MY LIFE IM A WORKER THERE. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO SAY ABOUT BRIAN CENTER . I HOPE THE RESIDENT AND THE EMPLOYEES BE SAFE.ONLY THING I THINK ABOUT WHAT HAPPEN IN LENOIR COUNTY
