A hearing for a woman who performed at a Duke University lacrosse team party where another dancer says she was raped is scheduled for today.
Kim Roberts faced a hearing on a probation violation on May 30, but it was postponed until July 24. It's now planned for today in a Durham courtroom.
Roberts was arrested in March on a probation violation from a 2001 conviction for embezzling 25-thousand dollars from a Durham photofinishing company where she worked.
Court documents say Roberts didn't pay restitution to her former
employer, missed appointments with her probation officer and left
North Carolina without permission to visit California.
Three players are charged in the lacrosse rape case.
