More jobs are coming to Eastern Carolina.

FASTA, Inc. will open it's first manufacturing plant in Halifax County. The company's Littleton plant will create 105 jobs and invest $2.5 million into the area.

FASTA is an international producer of steel and foam construction panels, and based in Virginia. The Littleton plant will produce steel panels and trusses.

The governor's office says today's announcement is possible in part by a $300,000 grant from the One North Carolina Fund.

The jobs, according to a news release, will pay an average $28,707 annually, not including benefits.
