Update: Silver Alert For Missing Wilson Teen Cancelled
A Silver Alert issued for a Wilson teen has now been cancelled.

A statewide Silver Alert issued for a girl missing from a Wilson group home has been cancelled.

Authorities were looking for 16 year old Janique Davis who was last seen at the Abundance of Love Children's Home on Parkway Street in Wilson. Authorities have given no additional information about Davis's recovery other than the fact that they are no longer looking for her.

A statewide Silver Alert has been issued for a Wilson group home teen.

The 16 year old was wearing a black hooded ski jacket, dark jeans, and purple and black tennis shoes.

Davis is suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment. She is 5'2" tall, weighs 100 pounds, has red/black sholder length hair and brown eyes.

Anyone who knows the whereabouts of Janique Davis should call Wilson police at 252-399-2323.
