Marine Charged After Deadly Crash
Jacksonville police say the Camp Lejeune Marine was using a turn around Friday night on Marine Boulevard.

A Camp Lejeune Marine has been charged with causing a deadly accident Friday night in Jacksonville.

Police say Lance Corporal Timothy Driscoll failed to yield the right of way when using a turn around on Marine Boulevard.

Killed was John Allen II, who was driving a box van which overturned after being struck by Driscoll's car.

The 19-year-old Driscoll is charged with failure to yield the right of way and misdemeanor death by motor vehicle.
