Duke Lacrosse Player Convicted in Assault Case in Washington, D.C.

Collin Finnerty was convicted of misdemeanor assault and sentenced to six months of probation. He's also been ordered to undergo drug and alcohol counseling. The judge says he believed Finnerty "menaced" the victim by taunting him with homophobic slurs and throwing fake punches that came within inches of his face. Finnerty says he will appeal the case.
