If your child enjoys a popular learning video gaming system, you may need check this story out about a new recall.

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced a voluntary recall of 35 thousand LeapFrog rechargable batteries and recharging stations.

There have been 12 reports, thus far, of the batteries overheating, causing a burn hazard.

The recharging station and batteries were sold in stores nationwide from July 2008 through October 2008 for about $35.
