Change in Chemicals May Help With High Lead Levels

Marc Edwards, an expert at Virginia Tech, says he found that an incorrect chemical ratio left too much sulfate in the water. As a result, lead was dissolved from home plumbing. Water plant manager Barrett Lasater says the results aren't in, but some improvement has already been seen.
