Greenville police say a 20 year old woman was shot in the leg in her home late Monday night.

Police got called to 1625 McClellan Street around 11-30 Monday night. Police say a woman was shot in the leg...by another woman.

There is no suspect right now, police saying the victim didn't identify the shooter. The woman is expected to survive her injuries.

She probably said, 'I ain't no snitch', which unfortunatly plagues a lot of low income black neighborhoods when the police try to solve a case. I have had some tell me they know who did it, but it was my job to find out who without them telling me. If the victim doesn't won't help, then why waste police resources on them. Unfortunate but true.

So why wouldnt she identify her shooter? Maybe we will be reading about these 2 again in a few days.Sounds like she has a plan of her own, and doesnt want the police involved.
