People were walking for a cure at the Greenville Town Commons....a cure for arthritis.
The Tar River Arthritis Walk is held to raise money for arthritis research and to raise awareness about the 46 million people in the United States who suffer from some sort of form of the disease.
The event included a one mile and a three mile walk, face painting, music, a clown and plenty of fun.
Walk chairman Kyle Harner tells us arthritis doesn't only affect the elderly, but people of any age.
Last year, the tar river arthritis walk raised over $30,000 for research towards a cure.
