Two men tried to walk into a football game last night, but were stopped by police and arrested. Why?

For armed robbery.

Officers say Pierre Russ and Edvis Galloway were spotted by their alleged victims, who say the men took their money, ID'S and cell phones just before eight o'clock Friday night in Wilmington.

According to the report, Russ and Galloway were inside a car with two other men and approached the victims as they stood in the parking lot of a gas station.

Russ and Galloway are now in jail under a $40,000 bond.

With the price of gas going up and down, why is it easier for the price to jump up quickly and not come down just as quickly in Greenville? Gas is $2.77 in Elizabeth City at the 7 - 11 (US 17 Business) and is still 3.39 in Greenville. Transport costs are not .62 a gallon so it has to be greed!

I am glad they found them! That is a great way to catch them. I hope they were embarrased!

People have got too much free time on their hands. Well now they can lift weights, play checkers, and clean up the roads for 70 cents a week. Atta boy.
