Church-goers are facing the ordeal of rebuilding after their church went up in flames Tuesday.

Firefighters in the Western part of our state in Cleveland County -- spent hours Tuesday afternoon putting out the fire at the New Jerusalem Baptist Church.

Flames were shooting through the roof, and smoke could be seen billowing out of the church steeple. Shelby police say no one was hurt in the blaze.

Nearly 70 firefighters sprayed thousands of gallons of water onto the church just to get the fire under control.
