Several Eastern Carolina cities and towns flooded during Thursday's Nor'easter, one woman says she saw water come up pretty close to her back porch.

Several Eastern Carolina cities and towns flooded during Thursday's Nor'easter, one woman says she saw water come up pretty close to her back porch.
Barbara Moulton tied her boat down with a cinder block so it wouldn't float away into Jaret Bay in Carteret County. Water from the bay came into her front yard like a stream and into her bacyard like more of a pool. She says she doesn't remember the last time her home came this close to water damage. But says she was shocked when she stepped out on her back porch.
Moulton also says her swimming pool is sitting in it's pool of water
