The FBI and local officials are investigating who vandalized a mink farm in Utah, releasing hundreds of minks from their cages.

Officials in Kaysville say that someone let the animals out of their pens late Saturday night.

Dozens were captured in a field near the farm... Hundreds of others made their way into neighborhoods, frightening some residents.

Officials believe an animal rights organization may have been to blame.

My bet would be on PETA. The sad part about this is that the uncaptured minks will not survive in the wild. Yet again an animal activist group has put animals in danger by thier childish tactics.

I also believe the animal in the picture is a 'possum, not a mink. He may be sleeping on a mink but that's definitely a 'possum!

Editor's Note: Sure is. Probably didn't think you'd ever see that, right? LOL

Coats for trees? Don't you mean "fur"?
