A mom and her three kids were ejected, one of them an 11 month old after an accident in Beaufort County.
State troopers say it happened at the intersection of Lizard Slip and Old Bath Highway in Beaufort County, when a green Blazer ran a stop sign and a white pick-up truck T-boned it at the intersection. Troopers say, a mother, and her three children were all in the back seat of the Blazer and were thrown from the vehicle. Troopers say none of the kids were in seat belts and that the 11 month old baby was in the mothers lap. All four were taken to Pitt County Memorial Hospital. Troopers say the mother suffered from the worst of the injuries. According to the state highway patrol, charges are pending.
