State Troopers had a scare after a call that a bicyclist had been hit in Pitt County. Troopers say around 4:45 on Clark's Neck Road a 19 year old female bicyclist was riding in traffic when she was hit by a car. Troopers say she only suffered minor bruises, and that the driver was not at fault since the biker was riding in traffic.
