To all the Biggest Loser competitors:

"I just wanted to congratulate all of the contestants for their hard
work. I too am in the process of losing weight. When my journey began,
I weighed 272 pounds...

...I just want to commend all of you for having the courage to go public with your weight challenges. You are truly an inspiration to all of us that have the same challenges as you. Keep up the good work."

To Angela:

"From your life long friend, I am pulling for you and am proud of your
accomplishments. Get ready for the big 50.... take it from your senior friend, it is a blast!"

To all the Biggest Loser competitors:

"I am so proud of all of the contestants. I was sitting on my sofa, feeling sorry for myself when I saw them on TV. I too am overweight (260) and this has really motivated me to seek help today! I only wish you would start with 4 more contestants after this contest is over. Forget the prizes! It is definitely a great motivation just to compete."

To all the Biggest Loser compeitors:

"I just want to tell you how much I am enjoying the "Biggest Loser" competition. It is very encouraging to me, and I look forward to checking in each Tuesday and Wednesday evening to see the progress of the contestants.

Thank you, Gigi, Danny, Doreen, and Angela, for making your journey public. You will never know how you are afffecting the lives of many others in a positive way. I wish you much success."

To all the Biggest Loser compeitors:

"I am very proud of you all. It takes a lot of hard work, dedication and motivation to do what you all are doing. The Biggest Loser Reality show was my favorite Wednesday evening show and I was disappointed when it no longer aired. The participants really motivated me and encouraged me. I myself lost 20 lbs following a 12 week fitness program I found on line. It was a free program and came with a personal trainer. I still haven't reached my goal but I continue to work out and try to eat healthy. I can identify with some of the struggles each of you will face, but don't give up. Continue the good work. You will feel good about the way you look and feel when the eight weeks are up. You are all now my favorite reality show and I will continue to track your progress either on line or on Tuesdays and Wednesdays on WITN 7 News."

To Doreen:

"It was really great to see your vibrant smile. I live in Rocky Mount and was surprised to see you as I haven't seen you since graduation day. I'm wishing you all the best with your weight loss challenge and you are on the road to improved health. I can identify since I choose to exercise daily at a gym myself and the benefits are worth all the effort and of course the sweat."

To Angela:

"We just want to say how proud we are of Angela. She has been a good friend to your family for years. She is a wonderful person in side and out. We are excited for her and wish her all the best!!!!!!

We Love You Angela.......Good Luck!!!!!!!!!"
