"Click It Or Ticket" Campaign in High Gear

If you were driving on the Outer Banks Tuesday without the proper licenses or registration, lawmen are putting you on notice. Several vehicles were towed Tuesday and their drivers arrested for driving with revoked licenses or no license at all. Still others were handcuffed on drug related charges. North Carolina joins the nation this week in a national "Click It or Ticket" campaign, focusing on seat belt use, as well as speeding. While some people were still caught not wearing their seat belts, Kitty Hawk's Lieutenant Brain Strickland says more and more people are buckling up.
