The curtain rises on the new North Carolina aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores. The facility has been closed for two years to complete a 25 million dollar renovation project that officials say more than triples its size. Aquarium Director Jay Barnes says employees are working fast and furious to get every last detail perfect. The aquarium will be open Friday until 9 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
