Fourth Case of Rabies This Year Alone in Carteret County

Carteret County health officials are dealing with their fourth case of rabies there this year. The latest is a rabid raccoon found on Friday in Emerald Isle. Authorities say there was no contact with people or other animals. Signs to look out for in an animal may have rabies include abnormal and aggressive behavior.
