Some Are Calling for Economic Development Agency to Be Dissolved

They're calling for it to be shut down after a recent state audit reveals mishandling of funds. County representatives for the Northeast Partnership want the non profit economic development agency to be dissolved. Pasquotank commissioner Matt Wood says developers used the secrecy of the partnership to take advantage of governments when negotiating deals.
