Tuesday, the man behind the investigation into the Duke Lacrosse rape case finds out if he still has his job. Mike Nifong has spent the past two months running the investigation and running his re-election campaign for District Attorney. Nifong has two challengers in the Democratic primary, Freda Black and Keith Bishop. One has to receive 40 percent of the vote to win, otherwise the top two vote-getters will run off May 30.
