A district attorney's report cleared them last month of any wrongdoing, now an internal police report has reached the same conclusion in the case of three Greenville Police officers involved in the shooting death of Kerry Turner.
Back in January of this year, an involuntary commitment was being served on turner when he barricaded himself inside his home, then took off in his car and was eventually shot to death. The Greenville Police Department completed the internal affairs investigation into the police officers' response and found no violations had been committed. They've been returned to full duty.
