A Goldsboro couple is in jail under $3-million bond after being arrested for drug charges.

Damien Reid and Jayzena Reid, both of Lee Street, were charged yesterday with possession with intent to sell and deliver crack cocaine.

Deputies say after they searched their home, they found approximately 20 grams of crack. Authorities say the husband and wife were found to be in violation of bond conditions on similar charges from April.

The sheriff's department expects that the original bond for the Reid couple will be revoked.

the system has to get better. This is why we are suffering at the hands of criminal actions (stealing, killing, gangs, robberies, addicts...etc). If they were charge with the same crime back in April, why would they give them another bond in August! they should not have a bond (send them to prison)

Well why dont we all just sit around and complain? OH WAIT thats whats going on. How about trying to change something. Instead of posting on here send you congressman a letter. Good Grief Im so tired of people who complain and do nothing to fix it. And steve, I hope one day you find your self on that side of the bench, as im sure you probably have never comited a crime right? throwing stones people...

Their bond should be revoked.I have just got through doing jury duty and wish I could be on this case. This case will never go before a jury. They will take a plea bargain.Hope they get the punishment they deserve and not a slap on the wrist as usual.

really steve?... I guess you are right, why would anybody have to answer in court for a drug charge in only 4 months time! Maybe they are still out selling drugs to pay for a lawyer to get a continuance to stay out longer selling drugs. That would be unless they are getting legal help at the cost to the taxpayers so they can just pocket the drug money. Now I get the "big picture".....silly me

no need to waste your time learning about our legal system, it doesn't work. the lawyers and laws are for the crimnals, not those of us just waiting to be called home....

Good! Get their a***s off our streets. We don't want them here! That's two less we have to worry about killing our families!

They werent on probation, they were on bond. If some one is on bond for a pending charge they are not supervised by probation, you must be convicted to be on probation. These people most likely havent gone to court for the charges in april and there for are out on bond. two seperate things. I really wish NC would look at its social studies cirriculum and get people educated with home the legal system/ government works.

Hmmmm busted in April, back at it August, you have got to just take your hat off to the court/probation system.
