Cooperation between two sheriff departments is being credited for helping to solve a school break-in that happened in Martin County.

Deputies say Raleigh Weathersbee and Robert Silver, Jr. were arrested after Pitt County deputies stopped their vehicle over the weekend. Inside deputies say they found several stolen computers from West Martin School in Oak City.

The school was burglarized on Tuesday with $3,800 worth of computers taken.

Weathersbee and Silver are charged with felony breaking, entering and larceny in Martin County, while in Pitt County they face additional charges of possession of stolen property and possession of a stolen vehicle.
