He bought a lottery ticket, won $10,000 and the next thing he knew, he was being hauled off to jail. Craven County Sheriff's deputies arrested 20-year old Henry Earl Wooten. When he turned the ticket in to collect his money, authorities were alerted to the fact that Wooten had an arrest warrant out on him for failure to appear in court after being charged for shooting a gun in an occupied dwelling. Wooten was given a $20,000 secured bond. Wooten had to pay about $3,000 to be released.
