There's no DNA match between Duke University Lacrosse members and an exotic dancer who told police she was raped at a party. That's the word from attorneys for the team.
Raleigh attorney Wade Smith says no DNA material from any team member was present on the woman's body. The attorneys say the test results prove their clients did not sexually assault and beat a stripper hired to perform at a March 13th party.
No charges have been filed in the case.
