Habitat For Humanity started building this home back in March For 15 year old Ariel who is wheelchair bound. She lives with her grandmother, Malinda Beasly, who raises her. This is the first house in Chocowinity designed to accommodate someone with disabilities. Today they celebrated the opening of their new home.

"I'm really excited," says Malinda Beasly, " it's a new start for both of us and it's really helping me and Ariel a lot, she'll be able to get around a lot better than she was so it's a great start."

The house has an outside ramp, larger rooms for better mobility, open spaced sinks and even horizontal mirrors.

Maybe if the chair was manual, Cactus wanted to know so he could get Ariel an electric chair? Sometimes people ask for generous reason too! Attitudes can block blessings, people please remember that.

Congratulations to you both, Mrs. Beasley and Ariel. As far as whether or not this wheel chair is electric or not, what difference does it make? This is a great event in their lives, be happy for them. God bless all the folks that made this possible.
