Law enforcement officers are cracking down on another type video poker in Eastern Carolina.
Pitt County Sheriff's deputies confiscated three gaming machines from a local business for bad paperwork. Legally, you can't win your money back on a video gaming machine.
The most you can win is a $10 gift vouchers to the store where you're playing. But officials say some businesses are not following that law.
As for the three machines confiscated because of what lawmen call bad paperwork, they could be destroyed depending on what a judge decides in this case.
