As part of Black History month, WITN took a look at the Edgecombe County town of Princeville. The town was incorporated in 1885 and became the first established black town in the United States. And it made headlines again in 1999, as flood waters from Hurricane Floyd submerged the town under 21 feet of water. That was just one of seven floods the town has endured over the years. Still, the town's residents have demonstrated exceptional tenacity.
