Calling all book worms, or novel enthusiasts, if you weren't at the Friends of the Brown Library Book Sale, you missed out bigtime.
The book sale wrapped up Sunday at three o'clock, with some major deals including a bag of books for only two dollars at the Civic Center in Washington. The event raises money every year for the Brown Library. This year, the sale had the most books ever totaling almost 16,000, and officials say they had a 50 percent increase in sales because of it. Everyone was buying books.
If you missed this years book sale, you can always find them again next year in the last week of January.
