Another teacher at South Central High School in Pitt County has been charged with taking indecent liberties with a student. 19-year-old Jacquelyn Faith Garrison, an ECU student, working as a substitute teacher at the school has been arrested. Authorities say the incident happened with a 16-year-old student. Pitt County deputies say the charge stems from a number of text messages and conversations of a sexual nature initiated by the teacher. Garrison was also a substitute teacher at other schools, but deputies do not suspect there are any more cases. A background check by the school system found no prior problems with Garrison.
