Haircuts, manicures, and pedicures all at a reduced price. And you don't even have to go to the salon. Beaufort County Community College opened its new public service building. The building will house the school's cosmetology department. Students will learn and work in a 6,000 square foot advanced cosmetology lab. Eunice Williams, the lead cosmetology instructor, says this lab will provide the real life working environment of a salon with actual customers. The $3,100,000 facility was financed through a voter approved bond referendum back in 2000.
