Two civil rights groups in Greenville are urging others to boycott a community breakfast Monday honoring Martin Luther King Junior. The local NAACP and Southern Christian Leadership are protesting the city council's decision not to rename all of Fifth Street after King. The street shows his name now only where it passes through a predominately black area. The Pitt-Greenville Chamber of Commerce, which sponsors the breakfast, says boycotting an event designed to encourage local unity isn't helpful.
