Over the past few weeks, we've been following the problems residents at the South Park Mobile Home community in Lenoir County have been facing.
Now there is a new twist to report. This week, the Lenoir County clerk of court approved the foreclosure sale of the mobile home park that's been plagued with problems since the 1970's.
The water supply was cut off to residents recently before being turned on again. The former owner admitted to not being able to pay his bills. He ordered residents to vacate the property by January. The park is expected to be sold in late February.
