Shoppers lined up inside the Greenville Wal-Mart as early as midnight Thursday night to get first crack at huge savings. The kicker is that the special prices didn't kick in until 5 a.m. Friday morning. Hot items included laptop and desk top computers, MP3 players, DVD's, and toys like Dora the Explorer. But it wasn't all fun and games. One shopper told us the slashed prices also made people slash their manners. There was lots of pushing and shoving. By the way, Black Friday is called that because tons of consumers hit the stores spending tons of money, enabling most retailers to get back in the black.
