It was a day for kids, but more importantly kids battling life threatening diseases. Kylie and Aaron Ezzell are two smiling kids both battling Neuro-fibromatosis, a genetic illness, that attacks the nerves, causing tumors, and other problems. Friday at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base in Goldsboro, the kids were able to escape the needles and doctors and instead spent the day with pilots and planes. The kids got to enter an F-15 Fighter Jet, put on the pilots’ clothes, even fly the simulator, bringing smiles to more than just the kids. The visit was part of the Make-A-Wish program.
