On and off quick downpours will be possible through Sunday afternoon. Heavier rain could bring another 1 to 3 inches of rain to a few locations late Sunday and into Monday afternoon.
Dozens of people are coming together to make sure the less fortunate have plenty to eat during the holiday season. Employees from the city of Greenville and from the Greenville Utilities Commission have started their 16th annual "Caring is Sharing Food Drive." For the next 10 days, they'll collect non-perishable food items to help feed the community. Steve Hawley, Public Information Officer for the city of Greenville, says this is the perfect opportunity to help and give back to the community. For information on where you can drop off your food donation, visit the city of Greenville website.
