Spelling Bee a S-U-C-C-E-S-S

Forty-two teams took part Tuesday in the Second Annual Washington-Beaufort County Chamber of Commerce Adult Spelling Bee at Washington High School. WITN's Dave Jordan had the job of pronouncing the words for the evening. For the second year in a row, the Beaufort County Education foundation won. The winning word this year was charcuterie, a French deli. Money raised supports educational endeavors in county schools.
