One person is dead and three others were injured after their 19 foot boat overturned near Carolina Beach Saturday afternoon. Coast Guard officials say it all happened in Carolina Beach Inlet around four p.m. Saturday. Authorities say its still unclear what caused the boat to overturn or where it was headed. One survivor managed to swim to Masonboro Island, where a passing boater saw him and picked him up. Also, the Coast Guard rescued a man and a woman who were still on the boat. Officials say they found the deceased body of a fourth person off Masonboro Island.
