There's a new scam making its way around that targets your civic duty. Lawmen say scammers call, saying you have been selected for jury duty, and that they have to confirm your social security number, and get a verifiable credit card number from you. If you refuse to give the information, the scammers claim you can be fined in a court of law. But police say this is bogus from the start. If you're selected for jury duty you'll be notified by mail.
